TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Desire 21-12 Ltd., UIC: 203583243, with registered office and management address at: 10 Rayko Daskalov St., Studena village, Pernik Region, Bulgaria, and the users of the online store operated under the StarlightDance brand, available via the Ecwid platform.
These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the StarlightDance online store, the conditions for concluding distance sales contracts, the rights and obligations of the parties, and the procedure for dispute resolution.

Orders are placed through the online store. The distance sales contract is deemed concluded at the moment the order is confirmed by the trader.
All prices in the online store are stated in euros (EUR). Until June 2026, prices may also be displayed in Bulgarian levs (BGN), calculated at the fixed exchange rate of 1 EUR = 1.95583 BGN.
Delivery is carried out via a courier service to the customer’s address or to a courier office.
The standard delivery timeframe is up to 10 business days, unless otherwise explicitly agreed.
Customers may choose one of the following payment methods:
In the case of cash on delivery, the amount is paid to the courier upon receipt of the goods. The receipt issued by the courier serves as proof of purchase. Customers are advised to keep the receipt.
Customers have the right to return a purchased product or submit a complaint in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
The trader shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond their control, including force majeure events.
All matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the applicable Bulgarian legislation.
Any disputes arising between the parties shall be resolved by the competent court in the Republic of Bulgaria.
